A MIlestone !

To have been awarded a FIAP Gold medal for the top monochrome image in an International Salon is a remarkable achievement. This is the first salon I have entered the image - an engaging environmental portrait of an old man I met. The image was printed on "Arches Aquarelle Rag" - a fine art paper under the Canson Infinity range.
I now have a collection of five FIAP Gold medals - each achieved with a different image.
Along the way I was also awarded three ribbons with a total of nine acceptances - happy days !

By Ciaran: Congrats Brian. 5 from 5 is an impressive stat! I doubt there's anyone else in Ireland with 5 FIAP Golds in their collection? I hadn't heard the news on the grapevine... I'm guessing since I haven't heard unofficially, that I didn't do so well :( Maybe next year! :) Congrats again By Wesley Law: Well done Brian. That is a fabulous image.
